Blue Water Grill
Back to the regular civilians.... I was working on the flash movie on
my powerbook while having a bite at the restaurant. When the server
saw what I was doing she was very excited. She has a friend serving
in the Gulf and she knows another pal has been writing to him really
stupid notes. It drives her crazy. Then the manager stopped by the
table and he got all excited about the troop support site too. I showed
them the photo from Here Is
New York that I was using in the flash movie. The Blue Water Grill
is one
of the best restaurants in New York City, and their boss was on
the way in to inspect so they were really busy but one of the servers
and the manager came outside to pose in the same spot 3 years later
to show support. Everyone would have come outside but they were working.
Everyone here supports the troops. The instant they have a chance
to show it, they do. Come to New York City, have a meal, the restaurants
here love you.
