Addressing the infamous cupholder issues...
It's hard for me to take this cup holder issue seriously. If I drank anything
but water in my car I'd surely be wearing it, and so would my interior.
I didn't try my water bottles in here, it looks like they'd fall through.
Even though it's right on top of the vent for the the HVAC and beside
two speaker, if you like cupholders maybe you like these?
Jen, a lovely Z4 owner, rolled in with her big coffee thermos in
place. I didn't ask why she has the coffee cup on the passenger
side.

The idea here is that the
passenger can not read the instrument
panel.
I am completely mystified as to
why that is a selling point .
The rap goes that this way, they wont be upset at how fast you're
going.
That sounds vaguely like the line I got on why I can't read the
clock in the Z3.
