Hyundai had the cutest art car by fair, just for it's paint job.

DSC01047
Cute. Not sure what i would think if it passed me.

And Hyundai's other paint job was also a winner- for kids with cancer.

Mazda's concept car. Cool. Exciting. Like the Airstream, the front end is completely covered. Do I have to even mention curves and no angles?

Details like the flow etching on the side.

DSC01052
Another Mazda concept car. Attractive flame surfacing, subtle subtle angles and mostly curves. Covered front end.

DSC01053
The face, covered, practical, attractive.

Those doors have to be just for fun.

DSC01055
An interior that has useful, original innovation, it's attractive and immediately understood.

The venerable Miata. I failed to take pictures of the Audi TT coupe or the BoxsterS coupe. The AudiTT coupe was nice. These are our classmates in Z3 land. The hard top for the Miata was nice, as was the metallic blue color.

DSC01057
Miata interior. Surprisingly spacious and utilitarian- even cupholders- and good looking. Goes to show you what 20 years can do on the same model.
DSC01058
DSC01058
Considering the Miata's overall size, the trunk is huge.

Saab always shows us how safe they are

DSC01064
Saab also had these bar stools and tables set up, I can't quite figure out why.

JonT just had to see what it's like to have headroom, legroom, and you know... like... room.

The Viper was staged with flashing red lights in a dark spot. Too much crap to see the car in my unhumble opinion.

Viper interior- reflection of me.

I guess the BIG REAR SPOILER is an improvement?

Lexus LF-A... come on this car is COOL!
DSC01075
DSC01075
Oh man, what this face is saying can't be written in a family oriented article!

The Daily News made a mess out of this Thunderbird, and then they were surprised no one wanted to fill out a form to win it. There ought to be a law against cruelty to a cute automobile.

Last but surely not least, Volkswagen. VW had the only fun displays, the only gifts (the little plastic models). This kid is trying out a game that includes a rotating chair matched with a display of a road chase. See the line of excited kids...
DSC01090
DSC01090
VW also had this racetrack of model cars where people could compete against strangers
DSC01092
DSC01092
And the little VW EOS, which I hadn't heard of before, manages to seat four
DSC01093
DSC01093
The EOS has the convertible hard top- and pays for it with trunk space.
